Terms of Use
Plain-language summary: Veyro Run is free. Anything you can buy is cosmetic and changes nothing about the gameplay. Purchases go through Google Play. The game asks you to move your body — please do it somewhere safe.
1. These terms
By downloading or playing Veyro Run ("the game") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, don't use the game. You must be at least 13 years old to play.
2. The game
Veyro Run is a motion-controlled endless runner for Android. It works fully offline, requires no account, and shows no advertising. Features may change, be added, or be removed between versions.
3. Purchases
- The game may offer optional in-app purchases. Every purchasable item is cosmetic only — skins, trails, and similar flair. Purchases never grant a gameplay advantage.
- All purchases are processed by Google Play under your Google account and Google Play's own terms. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
- Refunds are handled through Google Play's refund policy. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
- Cosmetic unlocks are tied to your Google Play account and restore when you reinstall with the same account.
4. Safety notice
Veyro Run's control modes involve physical movement — tilting the device, and in camera mode leaning, hopping and crouching. Before playing, make sure you have clear space around you, stay aware of your surroundings, and stop if you feel discomfort. You are responsible for playing safely; the developer is not liable for injuries or damage resulting from physical activity while playing.
5. Intellectual property
The game, its name, artwork, code and content are © 2026 Fernando Rabasco. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the game or its assets. You're welcome to record, stream, and share gameplay footage.
6. Fair use
Don't attempt to tamper with the game, misrepresent scores, or exploit purchases. We may block versions of the game that have been modified in these ways.
7. No warranty
The game is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
8. Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be published here with an updated effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
